Power Supplies

SVT Associates offers DC power supplies to drive various process heaters in a MBE system. Typical applications involve effusion cells, crackers and wafer process stations. Each power supply is independently configured and tested for each application to give you an efficient power source.

  • Custom resistance matching to a variety of heater types
  • 100-120 VAC or 200-230VAC, 50/60Hz power input
  • Local or Remote Control Configuration
