Crackers / Valved Crackers

The SVT Associates cracking sources are extremely efficient components for producing ultra-pure layers of either As, Sb or P. Implementation of the optional computer controlled valve mechanism allows expanding versatility. The valve aids in material growth and repeatability, but also eliminates charge oxidation while the growth chamber is up to atmospheric pressure for refilling other source charges. As with any SVT Associates component, the materials of each cracking source are compatible with the intended growth material.
